The Track Delivery feature in cPanel is essential for monitoring email flow and troubleshooting delivery issues. It allows users to see if an email was successfully delivered, deferred, or failed, along with detailed error messages if any problems occurred. This feature is crucial for identifying email issues, ensuring important messages reach their destination, and maintaining overall email deliverability.
Below is a guide on how to access the feature in cPanel.
- Log in to the CLIENTAREA
2. Click on “Active Hosting”
3. Click on “cPanel” on the active product
4. It will automatically log into your “CPanel Account”
- Search for “Track Delivery” in the search bar of cPanel or Locate it under the Email section
6. Click on “Track Delivery”
7. You will have a delivery report on every mail
- You can click “Show All” to see all mail or “Show Blocked & Failed” to see unsent and blocked mail.
